One of our recent custom projects was the creation of a 14K yellow gold pendant featuring a bird coming out of a box, a design chosen by a client who wanted to surprise his girlfriend with something truly personal in mind.
The Client’s Vision
The customer brought us an image of a bird emerging from a box, a symbol of freedom, love, and new beginnings. He wanted to transform this powerful image into a custom pendant made in rich 14K yellow gold—a one-of-a-kind gift that carried both symbolism and elegance.
From Image to Jewelry
To bring the concept to life, we followed a precise process:
- Digital Vector Rendering
The client’s chosen image was carefully converted into a vector file, ensuring every detail of the bird and box could be captured with accuracy and as much detail as possible. - Laser Engraving & Gold Cutting
Using the vector file, our laser engraving machine engraved the intricate design onto a piece of 14K yellow gold. The shape of the pendant was then cut out with precision, perfectly reflecting the original concept.
Finishing and Detailing
After cutting, the pendant was carefully polished and finished by hand. The final piece showcased the beautiful contrast of textures, giving the bird and box definition and depth.
