Most custom pieces typically take anywhere from two to four weeks, or in some cases, even shorter. Please note that giving accurate lead times can’t be given without a consultation first. Considerations like finalizing the design, sourcing appropriate materials, and shop scheduling all factor into the time it takes to create a custom piece.

Like with lead times, we can’t give an accurate estimate of the cost to create a custom piece since there are so many variables. Whatever your budget may be though, we make a point to help our clients work within it. We can create value based pieces to pieces that are a few hundred dollars in cost, to once-in-a-lifetime pieces that range into the tens of thousands of dollars or more. 

We can work with a variety of precious metals to help you craft your custom pieces. From gold alloys, to silver, to platinum based pieces, if it’s a precious metal, we can work with it for your custom piece.

Absolutely. As industry veterans, we’ve created connections with diamond and gemstone dealers over the years that allow us to source the best stones, at the best prices for our clients. Furthermore, we have a GIA diamond grader graduate on staff so you can be sure you’re getting an expert’s opinion.

In most cases, yes. We can take parts of your old pieces and integrate them into the new custom piece. This includes precious stones and in some cases, metals.

Please note though, that some precious metal alloys can be incredibly difficult and laborious to rework into a new piece. In these cases, we can work with you to source an alloy that resembles the original piece in hue and color.

Yes. We do laser engraving in-house, which lets us add names, dates, monograms, signatures, coordinates, handwriting, or a logo to the front, back, or inside surface of a piece.
