Order Processing

At AJ's Jewelry, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. If you change your mind about an in-stock item, you are welcome to use our 15-day return policy, detailed below.

  • Many items are in stock and will ship within three business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Personalized jewelry, such as name necklaces and personalized charms and pendants, is made to order. Please allow two to three business days from the time of your order.
  • Custom pieces designed from scratch, such as engagement rings and intricate charms and pendants that involve CAD/CAM, take at least two weeks after design approval.

Shipping

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Free Economy Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Standard and Express shipping are also available, with rates shown at checkout.
  • Standard shipping is typically delivered within 3–5 business days of shipment. Express shipping is available for faster delivery.
  • Shipping times are in addition to the processing times above. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

In-Store Pickup

  • Free pickup is available at 57-44 Myrtle Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385. Choose Pickup at checkout.
  • Orders are usually ready in 2-4 days.
  • Personalized jewelry, such as name necklaces and personalized charms and pendants, is made to order. Please allow two to three business days from the time of your order.
  • Custom pieces designed from scratch, such as engagement rings and intricate charms and pendants that involve CAD/CAM, take at least two weeks after design approval.
  • You will receive a text message or email when your purchase is ready. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Insurance & Tracking

All jewelry shipments are insured for their full purchase value at no additional charge to you, and orders are carefully packaged in protective gift boxes to arrive safely. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Returns

We offer 15-day returns on in-stock items. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

  • In-stock items may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom, personalized, engraved, and special-order pieces are made just for you and are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges.
