The client came to us with a labradorite gemstone she already owned and wanted to design a custom solitaire ring around it. Her goal was to recreate the look and proportions of similar rings she frequently wears, ensuring consistency in style while allowing the unique beauty of the labradorite to remain the focal point. She selected 14K yellow gold for its warmth, durability, and timeless appeal.

Once the design was approved, the ring was cast in solid 14 Karat yellow gold. The client’s labradorite stone was then carefully set by hand to highlight its natural color play and iridescence.

The ring was finished with a smooth, high-polish surface, enhancing both the glow of the gold and the unique character of the gemstone.
