Order Processing
At AJ's Jewelry, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as two business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our 30-day return policy, detailed below.
Shipping
We use the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your purchase in a timely manner. We only ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We use the US Postal Service Express Mail for the most secure method of shipping. Upon pick up you will be required to sign for your shipment. We prefer that it be delivered to your home or place of employment when you are there. If not, the Postmaster will put a notice in you box requiring you to pick it up at the Post Office. It is always best to call us and discuss your shipping method in advance.
Security/Insurance Protection
When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information. All packages are fully insured at no additional charge to you and may at the discretion of UPS require a signature upon delivery.

- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if returned after 30 days..
- All items must be returned in the original containers.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders. No exceptions.

How long does repair take?
It depends on the job. Simple repairs like watch batteries can be done while you wait. Ring sizing typically takes 3–7 business days. We'll give you a specific timeframe when you drop off the piece.
Do you do custom jewelry?
Yes. We design and create custom rings, name necklaces, charms, pendants, and other pieces to order. Schedule a consultation at the store.
Do you carry lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We carry lab-grown diamonds and lab-grown diamond jewelry including engagement rings, earrings, and pendants.
Do you buy gold?
Yes — we buy gold, silver, and platinum jewelry, coins, and bullion. Bring your items in for a free, no-obligation assessment.
Is there a GIA gemologist on-site?
Yes. Our team includes a GIA Diamond Grading Graduate who can help evaluate diamonds and gemstones.
